Andrea de Guttry is Full Professor of Public International Law at Scuola Sant’Anna. His research interests have been focused on issues related to the regulation of the use of force in international relations, to the post-war settlements and to various topics related to international disaster response law. He is the author of 10 books and of more than 100 publications. He is the founding Director of the International Training Programme for Conflict Management, in the frame of which about 100 Training courses and capacity building activities were organised in several African States.
