Biography

Anna-Camilla Moonen is an Associate Professor in the group of Agroecology at the Center for Plant Sciences. She is specialised in the design of sustainable cropping systems through the use of functional agrobiodiversity focusing especially on integrated weed and soil fertility management through cover and intercrops. She works mostly in temperate climate zones but has applied these approaches also to upland rice systems in the Midwest of Madagascar.
