Biography

Marybelle Cherfan is a Program Coordinator and Facilitator for the Master Program in Electoral Policy and Administration at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. As part of her role, Marybelle Cherfan was involved in the “Innov-Election” initiative, which was launched in 2020 by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and aims to promote the leadership skills and conflict management capabilities of electoral stakeholders in 35 beneficiary countries in Africa, benefitting over 1,088 representatives of African Electoral Management Bodies.
Prior to joining SSSA, Marybelle worked as a Trainer in migration, human rights, gender equality, and ICT usage at the General Security in Lebanon.
Marybelle holds a BA degree in Social and Economic Administration from Montpellier 1 in France, a Master’s degree with Honours in Digital Economics and Web Science from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon, and a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management from SSSA in Italy
