Biography

Melvis Ndiloseh (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer at the International Relations Institute of Cameroon. She has fifteen years of Research/Consulting, Policy Analysis/Advisory and Programme management experience with International and research intuitions such as IIDEA, AU, UNDP, SIPRI, AICS etc. Her areas of specialization are democratic governance, peace and security, human rights/rule of law, climate change with focus on Africa. She was a 2017 Yale World Fellow and holds a PhD in Politics, Human Rights and Sustainability from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Italy where she’s also a research associate and Lead Tutor for the Master’s Programme in Electoral Policy and Administration.
